Here's the deal: Spring is here and we will be raising you more birds. We need freezer space now and this clear out is our fantastic 2022 season chicken.

10 packages ( 20 large breasts)of farm-raised chicken breasts (two large per package)

As we never know how the season will go, I strongly recommend that you stock up on the breasts that you love now so you can plan your summer Shish Kabobs.

I know that people like breast meat, but we still have to raise a full bird, cut the parts out, package, freeze and sell the dark meat so it is a process that requires thought and planning. Our breasts are a steal of a deal, they don't shrink, they are filling and full of flavor. You can buy the small little ones from the store, but you are actually paying way more that what you are getting from your farmer. It is an honor to grow you birds, we hope we can stock you up!

Chicken Blowout

  • All of our free-range meat products should be cooked with low, moist heat. Mandy recommends 325F.

Our birds are not rushed to gain weight. They are raised in 90-110 days, giving a different product than the grocery store or large direct-to-consumer farms. We also do not put additives in our finished chicken cuts that help retain moisture or add unwanted sodium. Our birds thrive outdoors with lots of space and the ability to forage. More exercise adds more flavour to the meat, and low, slow, moist heat brings out the best flavour and texture.

Our hogs are raised outside over 8 months in straw bale houses in the winter and acres of grass in the summer. They are allowed to root, explore and be social which keeps them happy. Again, we recommend low, moist heat for the best result.
