My little helper Willie has been eating my food since he was in his moms tummy. He is 3 and said to me this weekend that one of his favorite foods was soup. I know that kids like high sugar cereal and treats from the commercial grocery stores, but what if it was possible to help kids love soup? The amount of food waste from our gardens is very sad and we would like to help our urban friends build a relationship with soup! Build it together and save your self time on those busy days when you need some quick meals!

Our veggies don't sit in a bag for a week before we sell them to you. We pull them straight from the soil for you! We will deliver to your door or school! If you would like to donate a kit to a family then please put their name and address in the delivery location when ordering!

“Just five companies control 76 per cent of the Canadian grocery market share: Loblaw, Sobeys, Metro, Costco and Walmart. Meanwhile, Canada's top three grocers continue to make profits — $3.6 billion in 2022 on more than $100 billion in sales.”  Frances Willick · CBC News · Posted: Sep 02, 2025

What are these companies selling you? Industrial produced protein and imported produce.

If you would like an alternative, we ask you to consider supporting a small farm. We might not be as convenient as the grocery store, but we do deliver right to your door. We know every aspect of what we are selling to you from start to finish.

Know where you food comes from!
