My little helper Willie has been eating my food since he was in his moms tummy. He is 3 and said to me this weekend that one of his favorite foods was soup. I know that kids like high sugar cereal and treats from the commercial grocery stores, but what if it was possible to help kids love soup? The amount of food waste from our gardens is very sad and we would like to help our urban friends build a relationship with soup! Recommendation, many hands make for light work , get a few people together to prep all the ingredients, thaw the carcass and then get lots of pots on the go to make your soup. Bring jars and when soup finished put in jars.
