Onions and Garlic are the what we can grow right here in Alberta. We have really good garlic right here in Alberta so we hope you choose our garlic instead of irradiated imported!

Onions are Sweet Spanish- Use the big ones first and the medium small will keep. Flavor that you can not get from the bigger farms. Very Proud of our onions!
Garlic we have the Matthews Zest" Purple, red ,characteristics to what many call Red Russian" Hot when raw and calms down a bit when cooked" Very unique a small amount goes very long way"
