Public Interest Alberta (PIA) is an organization that promotes a deeper understanding of the essential role public spaces, services, and institutions play in our lives. They organize Albertans across the province to advance causes that protect and strengthen the public interest. Since 1979, Friends of Medicare have played an important role in protecting and strengthening universal public health care in Alberta and across Canada. We are a non-profit, non-partisan coalition of seniors’ organizations, labour organizations, cultural, faith and community groups, and physicians and patients. Our members share a concern for the preservation of the five principles of Medicare: comprehensive coverage, universality, accessibility, portability, and public administration on a non-profit basis.

Onions and Garlic are the what we can grow right here in Alberta.  We have really good garlic right here in Alberta so we hope you choose our garlic instead of irradiated imported!
We had a really nice crop and we hope to share it with you.
 
Onions are Sweet Spanish- Use the big ones first and the medium small will keep. Flavor that you can not get from the bigger farms.  Very Proud of our onions!
