Our birds are raised slowly and therefore there is proportionality in our meat. What does this mean? It means you do not get a chicken with big breasts and small drums; you get a balanced bird that equal sized drums and thigh as well as the breast, Unlike, fast raised grocery store bought birds Our birds are simply traditional and truly outdoor raised chicken!
