First time I ordered a package of Mandy's ground chicken I didn't give much thought outside of wonder how I'll use it? Fast forward a month later and pressed to find something for a quick dinner. I decided I'll make burritos. I was out of ground pork & beef and the ground chicken was staring me in the face. So I went with it. What a hit!
