Ham you will not forget. ​Our Hams are unique in their taste and flavor, traditionally smoked, not pumped and beautiful. 
 
Product is smoked (fully cooked), wrapped in butcher paper and frozen. Reheat with slow, moist heat. Ham and Chicken are pre cooked and smoked, it is best served being cooked for about 2 hours at 275degrees or 300 with lots of moisture. Recomended you can take some cranberry jelly and brown sugar mix together and baste ham before and during cooking. KEEP MOIST !
