Perfect Air Fryer Chicken Breast.

I wanted to stress the word "perfect" because last week I cooked the other half of this chicken breast and absolutely annihilated it 🤦🏻‍♀️ so I was determined to redeem myself last night.

Last week I cooked the other half of this chicken breast for too long and the meat was dry 😭. For thanksgiving, I cooked a full Meadowcreek chicken at 275 for almost 2 hours and it was perfect (these are big chickens). Last night I cooked this 650 g chicken breast for 38 minutes at 350 Fahrenheit in an air fryer. To prepare it, I rubbed it with @watkins.1868 sweet and savory rub and let it sit in an open container in the fridge for 6 hours.

You can see the juices on the plate. Remarkable. They ran like a river.
